Return Policy
Our team does the best to deliver the product according to your preciseness. But on the flip side, if the product you received is damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please feel free to notify the Medszoo customer care support right away or within the time-frame of 10 working days of receiving the product, to provide a timely resolution to the problem. Make sure you make a complaint within 10 days as the time limit is laid down, or else Medszoo will not be responsible to take the responsibility of such a delivery issue.
Just so you know, there may be times when you would want to return the product/products that are not damaged, the products allowed to return should not be opened, unused at the time of return. 20% of the restocking charge will be deducted from the product, only if a return is raised within 15 days of receiving the product.
Exceptions on Return Policy
It is to be noted that there is no return on the following products, Injections, Health Monitor & Equipment, and Ortho Support. Also, Medszoo retains the right to refuse return/refund on certain products which are marked in the respective product page as “Note: This item cannot be returned for an exchange or refund.”
Refund Policy
We, at Medszoo, do everything in our power to make sure you are completely satisfied with the products. We are more than happy to raise a refund in the circumstances mentioned below:
Full Refund is Practicable only if:
- You received a defective product
- The order item(s) is damaged or lost during transportation
- The ordered item(s) is expired
Please Note: The mode of refund can be different for different transactions. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, it will take around 7-10 working days for the credit to show in your account. We deeply regret the inconvenience caused due to this time frame, please stay with us while the bank does its work of sending in the refund. By any means, if the refund mode is Paytm wallet or credit, it will take not more than 24 hours in the refund transaction.
